Book three. Little Jake loves fishing and while at the sporting goods store he hears about a local bass fishing contest. This sounds like fun to Little Jake so he signs up for his first fishing tournament. We hate to give away a good ending so we won't, although the title does do a bit of foreshadowing. Anyway, after the tournament Little Jake gains a little local celebrity status, which he is not fond of because it interferes with his peaceful fishing. This book does have a surprise ending as well. Little Jake and the World Record Bass is loaded with monster-bass action and is fun for all ages. Little Jake Adventures are sure to become instant classics. Wonderful stories and amazing illustrations will capture the hearts and minds of young sportsmen everywhere.
